Hi everyone, welcome to Team Euphoria's blog!(:

This is our very first post, and what could be more fitting than to recap (for those who were there), as well as share our fun-filled first training with everyone else. :)

We started off with Joshua laying out the necessary rules and putting everyone on the same page. Then we went through one round of self-introduction, with something extra! Everyone had to say "one interesting fact" about themselves. It was REALLY interesting!

After that we played a few games to break the ice. We all had fun, especially during the game "Double Whacko".

Of course training would not be training if it were all fun and games.
With everyone slightly more familiar with each other, we started the REAL training. We did a bit of PT (I'm sure Joshua was just going easy on us because it was our first time) then did a few simple stunts like shoulder sits and shoulder stands. All our hard work left us feeling tired but fulfilled at the end of the day.

Although we may be young as a team, a small group of us have already had the opportunity to perform recently at Chinese Garden.
